College “frenemies” Lauren and Katie move in together after losing a relationship and rent control, respectively. Sharing Katie’s late grandmother’s apartment in New York City, the girls bicker with each other until one fateful night, when Katie’s noisy bedroom activities make Lauren barge in and discover a dirty little secret. This revelation brings them closer together, and Lauren (the brains) and Katie (the talent) concoct a wildly successful business venture. As profits swell, the girls reevaluate their hopes and dreams and realize that just because someone pees in your hair in college doesn’t mean she won’t be your best friend 10 years later.

When Mong-lyong decides to take him under his wing, Bang-ja gets to share a room with the wise, MA. While sharing the room, MA teaches Bang-ja of all the arts of seduction. When strolling the park one day, Mong-lyong meets Chun-hyang, the daughter of the owner of the park, and he instantly falls in love and encourages Bang-ja to arrange a meeting with her. But Bang-ja’s feeling for her was also the same and he seeks advice from Ma. Ma tells him of Chun-hyang’s real intention to win over Mong-lyong for his social status. Without knowing, Mong-lyong urges for a second meeting with Chun-hyang. Bang-ja’s anger towards Mong-lyong for using his nobility to attract her heart triggers his plan to use Ma’s art of seduction. Successfully he wins her heart and body, but under the condition that he will help her to get married to Mong-lyong. Everything seems to go as planned but when Mong-lyong finds out their relationship, whole thing is about to go wrong.

The film is told in 4 stories by 3 filmmakers. Three of the stories deal with married couples of various ages confronting the turning points of their relationships. A fourth story is interwoven throughout, providing bookends and context in the form of a story about ten year old twins, who, tired of sharing their bedroom set out to build a wall between their beds to create their own spaces. In building the wall to separate, they come to fully appreciate all things that connect them. Bedrooms explores human relationships, their myriad complications and the daily choice we face to either make them work or to move on.
